We are pleased to offer the PlushMat!, PlushMat! Plus and TuffMat! across Australia and we love bringing joy to every DOG! We have FREE Shipping Australia Wide for bed orders across the country! We are constantly working with our shipping partners to improve the shipping experience.
We utilise Fastway couriers for all bedding & a mix of Fastway Couriers and Australia Post for toys, Collars & Leads.
International shipping:
International shipping is different to our FREE shipping zones including toy & treat limits and will usually calculate at checkout. If this doesn't calculate, send us a message or email!
Our quality guarantee
The TuffMat!, PlushMat!, PlushMat! Plus are manufactured locally in the Hunter Valley, NSW. We pride ourselves on our workmanship and our quality. We provide a two year manufacturing warranty for any manufacturing defects on our bedding. This does not include damage by pets. Change of mind
We do offer returns due to change of mind / wrong size purchased, we simply give you a store credit minus shipping costs. This does not include embroidered items - please select embroidered items carefully. If you have a change of mind before we have shipped your item it will gladly be exchanged!
Destroyed beds
We have designed the TuffMat! to be our strong and durable dog bed - but like you we understand that some dogs will destroy anything and everything - some even eat cars! We do not offer refunds, returns or guarantees on the TuffMat! - though we do provide information about the materials we use, customer testimonials (from many dog owner's who couldn't find a durable bed!) and information about our design.
Incorrect Collar & Lead sizing
Due to our Collars & Leads being embroidered with your personal details please choose your sizing, style and colour carefully as we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
