Every TuffMat! is hand-sewn by our team in Rutherford, Hunter Valley, NSW. We source our orthopaedic foam locally, cut every cover on-site and inspect each bed before it ships. No offshore manufacturing. See exactly how our beds are made.

Backed for 5 Years Against Flattening
