We offer a 2 Year manufacturers warranty on our workmanship on all of our bedding! This doesn’t include damage done by dogs, it applies to things like a seam popping or something we miss in our quality control process. We want to give you the best quality!

Dog Toys

All Sodapup Chew Toys have a 30 Day replacement Guarantee, if it gets destroyed, we’ll replace it! Terms and conditions in the toy section.

We know sometimes a mistake can happen and you get the wrong size, no biggie! If a product isn’t used and is not personalised, we’re happy to exchange!

Please note personalised products like a Bed, Collar or Lead that is personalised cannot be exchanged.
